Cancellation/ Refund Policy

a. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of their submission, without any charge.

b. Product Returns
For hygiene reasons, food returns are not allowed. But if any product arrives in bad condition, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.

c. Refunds
Refunds are only made in cases of product unavailability or order cancellation before shipment.

Product Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options for your convenience:

  • Home delivery: For Attica, with a fee that is set at the completion of the order, depending on the delivery address, with a minimum purchase amount of €50.00. The delivery fee is confirmed during the checkout process.
  • Collect in Store Service (Click & Collect): It is possible to collect from the physical store, 340 Kifisias Avenue, Neo Psychiko.
  • Delivery via Wolt Drive: Available in certain areas for orders over €50.00. The delivery fee is confirmed during the checkout process.

Delivery Terms for Different Product Categories

Each category of our products has specific delivery terms to ensure their quality and freshness. We recommend that you check the delivery terms of each category before completing your order.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Rights: Customers may cancel their order up to 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery. Please contact customer service to complete the cancellation.
  • Personalized Products: For orders that include personalized products, cancellation may not be possible after their production has started.

Product Returns and Exchanges

  • Exchanges: Products that have been purchased cannot be exchanged as they require specific storage requirements (such as refrigerators). Exchanges are not possible.
  • Refunds: In cases where the product has a manufacturing defect or does not meet the specifications ordered, we offer a product replacement. Refunds are not available for products that have been opened or partially consumed.
