The products offered to the Customer are those mentioned in the catalog of the Website. The offer is limited to the quantities available and depends on the proper functioning of the Website.
Each product is presented with a photo and description by dimitriseconomides.com team. These descriptions, intended to provide basic product features prior to completing the order, cannot be used as a basis for any claim against Dimitris Economides. Product photos, provided for information purposes, are not contractually binding.

Order Taking and Order Confirmation
Orders can be placed on the Website either by using a “Guest Account” or by opening a Customer Account by entering two identifiers: an email address and a password. These identifiers must remain confidential. The right to access the identifiers can be exercised by a simple request to dimitriseconomides.com Customer Service, which will only respond by email to the address used when creating the Customer Account.

To place an order, the Customer is committed to fill in the details of his order correctly and completely. In this regard, the Customer undertakes to fully complete the various sections required for the correct processing of his order:

c. choice of delivery address (in case of home delivery or courier delivery)

Payment Methods
The Customer can pay for his order by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, or other payment methods displayed on the Website.

Modification of Online Order
For any modification of the order, such as:
Billing address, delivery address, delivery date or time, order content, Customer must contact Customer Service 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Requests for changes to orders within 24 hours of delivery cannot be considered. We cannot guarantee that amendments will be accepted after the above deadlines. Also, we cannot guarantee that modification requests submitted by email will be considered within the deadline. In case of modification or cancellation of the order, a credit note for the amount corresponding to the original order will be sent by email to the Customer. Refunds are not possible. The request for modification or cancellation must be made by the Customer within the deadlines corresponding to the delivery method (Click & Collect, delivery via Wolt Drive or home delivery). After this period, Customer Service cannot modify or cancel an order. Customer Service operates on the number +30 210 67 55 000 from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 15:00. dimitriseconomides.com reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer does not fulfill one’s obligations or generally reserves the right to refuse any order that is incomplete or irregular for any reason. The order is not considered final until the website confirms it. You receive the acceptance of the order by email or, where applicable, the website will reject the order acceptance within 48 business hours of placing the order on the Website.
